About
My name is Ana de Macedo. I work with the body because the body does not negotiate: it remembers, and it tells the truth when it is finally given a safe enough space. Everything you need is already in there. My work is to help you reach it.

I came to this work through my own body. For years I tried to think my way out of patterns that kept returning — different circumstances, same feeling. What finally moved was not another explanation, but movement, sensation, and the slow realisation that some of what I carried had begun long before me.
Systemic therapy gave that experience a shape. It looks at you inside your system: your body, your history, your family line. Once you can see what was handed to you, you can decide whether to keep carrying it. That is where the cycle ends — often with one person, in one generation.
In sessions I ask few questions and listen closely. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we draw. Sometimes we sit with something until it softens. I do not arrive with a diagnosis of you; I arrive with attention, and I stay until your body has shown us what it wanted seen.
What I hold to
Nothing is forced open. We go at the pace your nervous system allows.
I follow what it offers rather than imposing a method on it.
Deep work does not need complicated language. It needs presence.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no commitment — just a first conversation and a little movement, so you can feel whether this is your path.
